The two packages

In the Complete package the peer review runs first deliberately, so the editing targets what the review surfaced instead of polishing problems into place. Package pricing is fixed by manuscript length and discipline and confirmed in your written quote; both packages price 15 to 20 percent below the same services itemized.

Indexing targets, handled honestly

Every package conversation starts with your requirement: Scopus-indexed for a Malaysian graduation rule, SCIE or SSCI with a current JIF for a Saudi or Emirati promotion file, an ABS or ABDC tier for a business school, or MyCite where local indexing counts. The shortlist is verified against that rule at source, current quartiles and Impact Factors are checked in the Journal Citation Reports and Scopus during your consultation rather than quoted from marketing pages, and no tier is ever promised as an outcome. What the package guarantees is the work: rigorous editing, a truthfully screened shortlist, professional submission, and a complete response when reviewers reply.

What stays true in both packages

One named consultant owns your project from assessment to decision, so nobody re-reads your manuscript from scratch halfway through. Every price is fixed in a written quote before work starts. Every deadline we accept is one we can meet to standard, and we say so when a timeline is not realistic rather than taking the booking. Confidentiality covers your manuscript and data throughout: nothing is shared, resold, or reused. And the authorship stays yours at every step, which is the line that separates publication support from the paper mills this market is full of.

How it works

1. Free assessment and package recommendation: we read the manuscript and tell you which package fits, including when Essential is enough and the upsell would be padding.
2. The sequence runs: review (Complete), editing, shortlist, your target choice, formatting, submission.
3. Through the decision: Complete clients get the full resubmission round when the R&R arrives; Essential clients can add it at the returning-client rate.

A typical Complete package timeline

Week one: free assessment, package agreed, manuscript read. Weeks two and three: the pre-submission referee report is written and delivered, and you decide which recommendations to act on. Weeks four and five: you make the substantive changes, we run the scientific edit against the revised draft, and the verified journal shortlist is built in parallel against your stated requirement. Week six: you choose the target, we format to author guidelines, draft the cover letter, and prepare the submission package. Then the journal’s clock takes over, typically 8 to 18 weeks to a first decision, and when the response arrives your resubmission round is already included and scoped to the journal’s deadline. Exact dates are set at your assessment and adjusted to your availability, since the revision steps depend on your time rather than ours.

When a package is the wrong answer

If you only need language editing on a manuscript you have already placed, buy English editing and nothing else. If your journal is chosen and your paper is strong, submission support alone may be enough. If you are holding an R&R today, go straight to resubmission support. We tell clients this at assessment, including when it costs us the larger sale, because a service that sells you what you do not need is a service you should not have hired.
