Different data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The essence of interviews is that it includes information or data from various individuals according to interview questions. Therefore, it makes it easy for researchers to use various data analysis strategies and tools to analyse the data trend of given data (Bengtsson, 2002). The second data collection technique is questionnaires. Questionnaires help researchers to collect data according their research through creation of various relevant questions. The third data collection strategy under consideration in this study includes the use of literature review in which researchers use previous data to gather relevant information (Bickerstaff, 2001).
