Some of the examples of applied search tools and methods include desk research, surveys, observation of target data, focus groups, and interviews (Anderson, 2007). Two of the selected research tools and methods in this regard include desk research. The essence of this applied search tool is that it includes reviewing of previous data such as different articles, previous records, and books. This tools can be applied to research in sense that helps researchers to collect different information based on literature review (Austlii, 2019). The second method in this regard is surveys. It helps researchers to collect qualitative data for using it for various statistical tests to get data trends.
